The day kicked off with a “Jewelry Story Sharing” session. Colleagues from design, production, and sales shared tales behind our bestsellers, like the Aretas Bold Chunky Bangle. It was eye-opening to see how each role contributes to turning a concept into a customer’s beloved piece. Next, we split into groups for a “DIY Charm Challenge,” using materials from our wholesale line. Teams raced to design custom charms, mirroring our OEM/ODM process. Laughter filled the room as everyone unleashed creativity, just like we do when crafting personalized jewelry for clients.
Lunch featured casual chats, where even our overseas sales team—who recently shipped global orders—exchanged stories of working with international partners.
