CAD Development
CAD is not only about drawing the design. More importantly, it combines the front-end design with production feasibility. The most valuable part is that when necessary we help clients identify potential structural risks, not simply do modelling. In this way we reduce the risk during sampling, and ultimately reduce repeated revisions and difficulties in later production.
Wax Carving & Casting
According to different designs, we plan the wax tree to improve efficiency. For the casting process, the control of temperature and time will be adjusted based on different product structures. With long-term experience, we have developed more stable control of details at the casting stage, ensuring that jewellery can smoothly move into the following production processes.
Assembly & Soldering
Through welding and assembly, different parts are combined into a complete structure. With more than 20 years of production experience, through the control of soldering points and structures, we ensure that the product remains strong and stable while also making the product look more refined and premium, meeting high quality requirements.
Stone Setting Process
This is the main step that brings brilliance to jewellery. For different stones and different setting styles, we have different craftsmen who are skilled in these techniques, and this is the department with the largest number of people in our company. Details, structure, and firmness are adjusted according to product requirements to ensure that the stones present their beauty perfectly on the jewellery.
Surface Finishing
It is not only mirror polish, but also different finishes such as matte, shiny, sandblasting, brushing and so on. We are also particularly skilled at organic textures, finishes inspired by nature, which can all be realised by the hands of our experienced craftsmen, allowing the product to show different layers in both visual appearance and touch.
Hand Polishing
Polishing is not only to increase the smoothness of the product, it is also the foundation before good plating. Our craftsmen also apply hand polishing to different parts to ensure that the details of each piece remain well preserved.
Electroplating
Our electroplating can produce silver vermeil and gold vermeil jewellery to match the requirements of established brands. Even for normal plating, our standards are higher than usual to ensure colour consistency and lasting wear.
Quality Control
We have a documented Quality Control System, including 12+ quality control checks, to reduce defect rates, improve yield, and ensure that jewellery meet client standards. We also carry out final QC before shipment to ensure every product meets the required quality.
